Merit Badge Events

This Engineering merit badge taught us how ideas come to life, and how, over time, we slowly build onto an idea to engineer a better final product. To earn this merit badge, we went to the Harley-Davidson Museum in Milwaukee, WI. We saw how Harley-Davidson engineered a bike with a basic engine all the way to the real motorcycles that we drive today. This was a cool museum and a great merit badge.

We went to the surveying merit badge campout by the Wisconsin Society of Land Surveyors in Jackson, WI. We learned about how surveying works, some of the tools surveyors use, and different carears related to surveying. 

We went to the Illinois Railway Museam where we learned about trains and how we stay safe while people are driving these giant machines.

We learned how to climb safely at Boulders climing gym.
